Panorama Leadership Miklos Dietz DR.MIKLÓS DIETZ, CFA  /   Director, Vancouver

Miklós is a Director in McKinsey’s Vancouver office. Since joining the firm 14 years ago, he has specialized in banking and strategy projects both in Eastern Europe and globally, serving a wide range of clients in portfolio building and expansion strategy.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Miklós was an investment analyst AVP in Merrill Lynch based in London, Los Angeles, and New York.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Doctor Iuris from ELTE University, an MSc in Economics from Budapest University, and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.

Panorama Leadership Attila Kincses DR.ATTILA KINCSES  /   Senior Manager, Budapest

Attila is based in McKinsey’s Budapest office and is a Senior Manager in charge of the Panorama team, focusing on product development and client service delivery.

He has been with the firm for 7 years and has specialized in the financial services industry on multiple topics e.g., strategy, marketing, and risk, serving clients in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and South- Eastern Asia. Attila is actively involved in the knowledge efforts of McKinsey, writing papers on global, emerging market, and regional banking trends.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Attila worked as the manager of an international analytics team at GE Money.

Attila holds a PhD in Economics from the Central European University and undertook his undergraduate studies in Hungary and the UK.

Panorama Leadership Matthew Rubin MATTHEW RUBIN  /   Client Development Executive, New York

Matthew is based in McKinsey’s New York City office and focuses on FinTech partnership strategy and digital innovation by leading proposition development for the Americas. Matthew is committed to delivering client impact by creating and strengthening relationships with both institutional clients and FinTechs. He works closely with clients to help identify areas of collaboration and build new product and solution offerings.

Prior to joining McKinsey & Co., Matthew was Director of Partnerships, East Coast for Affirm, an online lending startup. Matthew previously worked as VP of Sales for a robo-advisory digital platform and spent nearly a decade at traditional financial institutions.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Panorama Leadership Zoltan-Turcsanyi ZOLTAN TURCSANYI  /   Solution Delivery Manager, Budapest

Zoltan is based in McKinsey’s Budapest office and is the Manager of the Data Management team, focusing on infrastructure development and database management.

During his 6 years with the firm, Zoltan has developed a new data-handling approach for Panorama as well as leading investments in the infrastructure of the solution.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years as a financial & controlling manager at a Hungarian SME and before that was MIS Vice President at the Hungarian branch of Citibank.

Zoltan holds an MSc in Economics and he is a certified scrum master.

Panorama Leadership Szabolcs Kemeny SZABOLCS KEMENY  /   Expert, Budapest

Szabolcs is an Expert in McKinsey’s Budapest office and is responsible for the continuous updating of the Global Banking Pools’ (GBP) database, for its methodological consistency, and for regular methodological and scope-related improvements. From 2008 - 2011, he was a Manager of GBP and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GBP Service Line. Before that, Szabolcs was an Engagement Manager and served clients in the banking industry, focusing on process redesign, risk management, regulatory compliance, sales-force effectiveness, new product development, and IT-system replacement.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent 6 years as a Research and Teaching Assistant in Economic Sociology at the Universities of Cornell and Columbia. Szabolcs holds a PhD in Sociology and an MPhil in Sociology from Columbia University, an MA in Sociology from Cornell University, and an MSc in Sociology from the Budapest University of Economics.

Panorama Leadership Miklos Radnai MIKLOS RADNAI  /   Client Service Manager, London

Miklos is based in McKinsey’s London office and is responsible for the Client Service team, focusing on tailored analyses and individual projects for clients, as well as research and new product development.He has been with the firm for more than 4 years, and has a total of 8 years of financial services experience in the areas of strategy, pricing, marketing and international banking.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Miklos worked in an international analytics team at GE Money. He has re-joined Panorama in 2014, before which he worked as a manager in RBS Insurance during its transformation and divestment from RBS Group. He holds an MPhil in Finance and MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MA in Economics from the Central European University.
